MY PRACTICE
bee on flower 2.jpeg

I work in an integrative way drawing from many evidence-based models of psychology and healing, tailoring your sessions to You by getting to know your comfort zones and your growing edges.

I initially trained in the Psychosynthesis model, if your first reaction is 'what is that?' I've added an introduction on the Reading Materials tab, but briefly it means I work holistically acknowledging the interconnectedness of Mind, Body and Feelings and the impact they can have on one another. We will work with material of the past and childhood but most of our focus will be on the now, what's happening and what's holding you back, and the material of the future, where you want to be and how to achieve your potential. Understanding childhood experiences can help you have compassion for yourself, allow you to notice and let go of old habits but we will always come back to how you are in the here and now and where you want to be heading as an individual, in relationships and in any area that is important to you.

I also work with tools from modalities such as Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Family Constellations, Brief Therapy, Focusing and Mindfulness based strategies, drawing on these where appropriate in service of your self exploration.
